Turn Up Charlie TV-Show Review 2019 Cast Crew

Creators: Idris Elba, Gary Reich

Stars: Idris Elba, Piper Perabo, Frankie Hervey

I really enjoyed this show. For two days I saw it in excess (and I do not watch much television) and my wife started seeing him on recommendation. He has quality actors and does a good job of exploring his personalities with some depth for each main character. One aspect that I appreciated was the ability to experience how life could be like a famous DJ. These are not people like most of us. They have money and fame, but the situations presented in this series could be what real life is for some.

I will tell you that I enjoyed the show very much because I can relate in some way, or at least remember and pretend, how my life could be in similar situations. I used to go out partying quite a lot in my youth. Clubs and music festivals were a very important part of my life. And that's how I met my wife. "Love you more" by Armin Van Buuren with Racoon is, until today, our song. I would not say that dance music was our thing, but that particular song was ours.

We slowed down and, finally, we stopped completely after getting married and starting a family. I am sure that most people have similar stories about their youth, although many of our old friends did careers and we simply lost contact because of that.

Now I am 39 years old, I was a fireman for 11 years and now I am the security manager of an energy company. We have 2 children A boy of 7 years and a daughter of 5 years. We love them unconditionally and we will do whatever it takes to give them a good life. I could not imagine having children and trying to live the lifestyle of a professional DJ. We used to travel around the world to see the best DJs in the world. Many of our friends were DJs, owners of clubs and producers (and many still are, we no longer join). We got into most of the VIP places and for free, we met some of the most famous DJs in the world and then we finished them after the holidays. I'm talking about seeing a rough DJ in one place and then hanging out with them for another group or two with close friends at home, until the next day. We have a gb of photos dedicated to going out and having fun. It was really a fun moment of our lives.

But I digress. The good old days were fun and a joy to remember. But being a responsible parent and a professional who works is also rewarding. I could not imagine trying to be a good father and husband while maintaining a career that involves that level of fame and lifestyle. I gladly changed that lifestyle to where I am today.

We are a rare breed that actually planned our family in advance. During the first 2 years of marriage, we discussed the advantages and disadvantages of having children before making a decision, knowing that we would have a completely different lifestyle. We choose a family and never look back.

This show is really fun and entertaining, but obviously very personal for me, but maybe not for the majority. I really hope that they applaud a season 2. At my age and status, it's fine to remember Netflix instead of at the club. Or even trying to live indirectly through demons. It's hard to maintain lasting friendships with people in that scene if you're not in it.

Netflix do your thing and bring us season 2. It's not fun to see an open-ended cliffhanger and then nothing. We need the closing of a show like this. And a suggestion, include a better soundtrack with longer sets. Music is a great theme of the show after all. Perhaps the best DJs create new music just for the show. Netflix has the rights to the soundtrack and could also earn additional money. Just say…

The Old Man Tv Series Review Trailer Cast Crew

Dan Chase, the lead in FX's new drama The Old Man, is on the run. They're chasing him, do you see what they did there? — by various US government agencies, at least one deadly contractor, and international adversaries. He is an intelligent man, but his main antagonist is time: a past that catches up with him and a future that becomes more finite. It's a role made for Jeff Bridges, one of those actors who was born to and into Hollywood stardom and has gracefully grown from golden boy to septuagenarian savant on movie screens across the country. As a thriller, The Old Man doesn't always deliver. His internal logic is spotty and his backstory shallow. As a showcase for Bridges and John Lithgow, the rare actor almost able to match his indelible co-star role in another indelible role, The Old Man is far more satisfying, though audiences will yearn for a more direct interplay between the two perfect notes. drives and less of the genre filler that stretches three of the four e
